Effects/Key Qualities
Spearmint Oil Organic has similar properties to Peppermint Oil. This oil is antispasmodic and has been traditionally used to treat digestive complaints such as nausea, stomach pains and diarrhoea. Useful in the treatment of colds and flu due to its decongestant properties. The low level of menthol makes this oil gentle on the skin compared to peppermint, can be used in skin care to treat acne, dermatitis and oily skin.
